Payment Conditions

General Provisions

All orders imply that all Buyers accept without reservation the present general conditions of sale. Any request implies that Buyer accepts unreservedly these Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC). Seller reserves the right to revise its terms of sale to qualify the moment. In this case, the applicable conditions shall be those in force on the date of the request by the Buyer.

Models and Dimensions

Seller reserves the right to exclude or modify its models. The dimensions indicated in the tariffs or catalogs are only indicative not absolute and may be modified by Seller. Measurement tolerance + - 2 cm

Deliveries

Our delivery times are only informative and indicative, except when there is a formal and written commitment from us.

By express agreement, no delay in the delivery of our products, regardless of the duration, may justify the cancellation of the order, nor be subject to penalties for delay or claim for damages caused to the buyer.

Door-to-door delivery service (It is understood to be delivered to the door of the house or building. It does not contemplate the ascent to the customer's floor), or outside the store's headquarters, within mainland Portugal (Greater Lisbon and Greater Porto) will have an added cost that below we describe where does not include any assembly, this will always be the buyer's responsibility.

Mattresses, beds and pillows unit value of € 30 + VAT at the rate in force.

Bases, unit value of 39 € + VAT at the rate in force.

Cancellation of delivery or rescheduling of delivery will have the same value as delivery.

Minimum assembly costs € 50 per person per hour plus travel costs.

Measures and Prices

Prices shown include VAT.

The non-standard measures will only be confirmed in writing and their price is calculated in m2 (see the right side of the price lists).

Any measure must be subject to approval by Colmol.

Unit value of "Corner" is 25 € + VAT and always subject to validation of production.

The order must be higher than 500 €, if lower it will be subject to additional transport costs with prior agreement with the buyer.

The bases and pallets are conditioned only to the measures presented in the price list, we will not make other measures.

Payments

General conditions: 100% on order.

Except if the client has credit previously approved by our insurer and our Financial Department. Failure to meet the due date of a payment without our consent may result in a fine for late payment equal to 2 times the legal interest rate.

The financial discount is 2% for payments up to 8 days from the delivery date, only in this price list, exceeding this time limit will not be accepted, not serving as an excuse the fact that the invoice is not in the possession of the buyer.

This rule is excluded in the case of other trade agreements.

If the proposal does not contain the mentioned financial discount, it is not applicable.

Reservation and Property

Products will remain our property until they are paid in full.

We reserve the right to reintegrate or resell it, to demand on the spot its counter value.

Warranty

Any complaint concerning non-conforming delivery must be made immediately in writing on the delivery document of the carrier and communicated to the company within a maximum of 24 hours. Our warranty provides for repair or replacement of defective products, excluding any compensation for incidental costs or damages.

You should consult the general conditions of warranty as well as advice and exceptions that it covers.

Merchandise Recycling

The goods must be carefully checked at the time of delivery.
